    Returning Items

    Our return policy is very simple—your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Just return the items you don’t want in unopened or like-new condition, along with a note why you are returning them, and we’ll give you a full refund, or replace damaged items.

    To return items, mail via the regular postal service to:

    As a courtesy to us, please call (1-800-FERRETWare) or e-mail first so we know your return is coming and so we can find out why you are making the return. Also, remember we can only accept deliveries from the regular postal services—Federal Express, UPS, and other shippers will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

    We want all our ferret friends and their ferrets to be happy with their purchases.
